Plant medicines remind us of our powerful connection to the earth and an ancient way of being.  In this class we will taste and meditate on a selection of teas made from abundantly growing plants.  Rewild yourself a little by learning to make medicinal infusions and decoctions at home with plants you can find in your backyard or park.
